Title: Checking out Namja Town ~Revel’s Story~
TL note: Namja Town is an indoor theme park in the Sunshine City Plaza in Ikebukuro.
Hiyama: …!!
Otani: So this is the rumored place…
(Oh dear. Hiyama’s eyes are sparkling with excitement.)
Kagura: What the heck is this place?
Otani: Oh, I didn’t tell you? It’s called “Namja Town”...
Kagura: That’s not what I’m asking. I’m just wondering why in the world was I even dragged into this!
Otani: I invited you along because I thought that it would be difficult for you to admit that you’d like to come?
Kagura: ! I only came along because Kei-chan said that he was going.
Maki: Oh, Hiyama-kun, wait up!
Hiyama: Yes, my apologies. It’s just that I found something that I had my eyes set on.
Kagura: Something you had your eyes set on, Hiyama-kun?
Maki: Look, it must be that.
Otani: The “dessert cup with a gardening theme”.
Hiyama: I beg your pardon, but may I purchase one of these?
Store Clerk: I’ll put it through the register for you~ Which of the original bromides would you like to have on it?
Kagura: Hiyama-kun’s one!
Otani: Hey now~ Why not pick one of me when it comes to that stuff?
Kagura: What’s the point of having something that’s not needed?
Maki: Hey you two, cut it out.
Hiyama: Look at this, Hatori. I can see that they’re putting together the dessert.
How fascinating…!
Otani: Well, they certainly have their hands full with it.
Maki: (I doubt that he’s even thinking that.)
Kagura: (What exactly does that brown section even make up? The soil?)
Store Clerk: Sorry to have kept you waiting~
Here you go.
This is “Hiyama-san’s and Otani-san’s dessert cup with a gardening theme”!
Hiyama: Thank you, Miss Namjarian.
It truly is wonderful how you were able to create such an adorable and delightful dessert.
Store Clerk: !!
Otani: How about you stop right there with being a natural airhead and seducing people, Hiyama.
Hiyama: ? What do you mean?
Otani: If you’re not aware of it then forget about it.
Maki: Hey, so what’s a “Namjarian”?
Hiyama: Ah, yes, my apologies. I haven’t explained it, have I?
They’re terms used in Namja Town.
The employees are called a “Namjarian”, and the visitors or guests are called a “Festarian”.
Kagura: Hmm, I see……
(... He looked into it before coming.)
Hiyama: When in Rome, do as the Romans do is how the saying goes. I expect you all to cooperate as well.
Maki: Sure, I understand…
(Hiyama-kun is making a really serious face…)
Kagura: Hm? Hey Kei-chan, what’s that thing in an animal costume?
Maki: Er, isn’t that the mascot character for this place?
Otani: That must be “Nakavu”. They say that you have to greet them with a “Nanjara~” if you run into them.
Kagura: You’ve got to be kidding me if you think I’d do something like that at this age…
Hiyama: NANJARA~!!
Maki: ……
Kagura: ……
Otani: Pffft…… Ahaha…!
Hiyama: Of course, how could I forget to mention the most important thing. “Nanjara” is what is used to greet others here.
Kagura and Maki, you two as well!... NANJARA~!!
Kagura & Maki: … N-Nanjara……
Hiyama: Your voices are too low.
Ready, and… NANJARA~!!
Kagura: For the love of all that is holy, please spare me…
Sometime afterwards, the “nanjara” greeting apparently became a personal obsession for Revel’s leader…...
