5 Questions on Love

Characters: Aoyama Itsuki, Hattori You, Hiyama Takaomi, Tsuduki Makoto, & Kujo Soma.

What is your ideal plan for an anniversary date?
If you were to give her something as a present, then what would it be?
What would you have your lover do for you that would make you happy on your anniversary?
If you were to consult with someone on the topic of romance, then who would it be?
Who would seem like the most formidable opponent if they were to become your rival in love?

Aoyama Itsuki

Probably one where she can feel like the ultimate princess. I’d arrange for everything to my liking, down to the dress and all…… I’d also prepare a surprise for her at someplace like the finest restaurant or hotel. But I would ask her what she would want to do instead of following through with my own wishes. I would grant her anything. But if there’s one thing that I’d like to request, then it’d definitely have to be something like wanting her to be in my arms when I fall asleep and when I wake up.
She’s cute so everything would look good on her…… (blush). But since I don’t want any other guy seeing that, I’d give her something that she could wear on her at all times as a present. I want to make her think that I’m always there by her side even at times when we can’t be together no matter what. Well, I won’t allow for there to be any time made for when we’re apart aside from work though.
She would... do something for me…… Wait, she’s adorable regardless of what she does so this is a tough one…… I’d be happy if she could indulge me even more than usual. She would embrace me of her own will, kiss me, and then…… Oh, shit. Just imagining it is already the best thing ever.
…… Someone that I could possibly consult with? Seki-san doesn’t have any romantic anecdotes of his own so I’m not too sure about heading in that direction. It’d probably have to be Watabe-san for this question. He seems like he’d be the number one person with plenty of experience after all. I think that he’d be the type to surprisingly turn sympathetic and listen to you.
I don’t have any rivals because I’m perfect. If we’re talking about a force to be reckoned with then it’d be Seki-san. As a man myself, it’s a given that there’s no one who can surpass that man’s caliber when it comes to work. I look up to him, and he’s someone that I have set as my goal. However, I have no intention of handing her over even to the likes of Seki-san.

Hattori You

Well goodness, I won’t know until I see that day coming. There’s no reason to fuss over an anniversary. Wouldn’t it be fine if I just do something for you on a day that I thought was our anniversary? Don’t worry, I’ll make sure that you’re satisfied to the point of it being enough already.
Maybe a leash or a collar. Something to easily let others know who you belong to is perfect. And if you go ahead and take it off? What is it that you want to have done to you, Matori-chan~? At any rate, my love is persistent and overbearing so you best prepare yourself.
You absolutely mustn’t run away, you mustn’t break, and you won’t die suffocating even if I were to deeply drown you in my love. I don’t hope for anything else besides that.
(Scoff) I’m not going to do something as ridiculous as that. I have my own methods of going about things so inviting suggestions from other people is sheer stupidity. It’s not easy to have another living human being as a partner to the extent that everything would work out after consulting with someone.
Well now, wouldn’t this have to be Watanabe-kun? He’d douse you in stickly sweetness and he does seem to be well-mannered. But I have no interest in things that leave so you’re free to have a changeover in heart~

Hiyama Takaomi

I’d hire out an entire theme park abundant in flowers and we’d both spend our time there carefreely and unconcernedly. How does that sound? We wouldn’t have to worry about anyone’s prying eyes, and we’d be together for the entire time that day. We’d take a stroll holding hands, make conversation while admiring the flowers, become close to each other—we’d have our fill of a calming time. Both the missus and I are busy people so I want to treasure those moments.
I can ready for you anything if it’s something that you say you want. I have all intentions of doing so, but…… that’s not what this is about is it? This is something that I ought to gift coming from me personally. In that case, I would gift something handmade. What a lovely idea. I’d make two identical tea cups for the both of us to use. Then eventually, even chopsticks…… I believe that this is what they call “his and her” items…… Hm? It’s a little bit different to this?
Seeing as you always give such an adorable reaction to what I do, will you surprise me for our anniversary? You’d definitely be plenty cute pondering over what you should do. I’d love to be able to enjoy seeing you process that.
I’m wondering if this would be Hatori. All those aspects that can be seen as flashy about his relationships with women does stand out, but on the one hand, that makes him sensitive to the subletities of a lady’s emotions and actions. As a technique for being able to grasp things in a versatile way, I think it is considerably effective.
It’d be Maki. He’s someone that’s able to comprehend things well in a different meaning to that of Hatori. And moreover, as a fellow male, there’s something to be amazed at by his innate kindness. If perchance Maki’s greatness were to be exhibited within our rivalry, then…… who knows, he may turn out to be more or less a threat. But if my partner is someone that I will not give up, then I will face my rival with appropriate resolve.

Tsuduki Makoto

I would want to take a trip somewhere. And if it were in the countryside then even better. We wouldn’t be pressed for time, and the only means of feeling it pass us by is through the position of the sun. I simply want to hold your hand while going for a walk along the rice fields, and if the beach is close by then I’d want to take in the view of the sunset there. I’ll be happy if I can spend such peaceful times with you. In other words, I just want it to be a day where I can quietly soak in your presence.
Maybe I should write a story for your eyes only. I’d compose in my own words what it is that I want to convey to no one else but you all the while thinking of you. This is something that only I can do after all. Perhaps it will turn out infinitely more eloquent this way as opposed to expressing it verbally in actuality. As a special service, I’ll be there beside you to recite it so please listen to it without shying away.
I would want you to be unreasonable with me. The way that you show concern for me when I’m busy is something that I feel with everything that you do. While I appreciate that thoughtfulness…… there are also times where it feels lonesome. I wouldn’t be unwilling to listen to whatever it is that you have to say.
Aoyama Itsuki. The only person at the moment that I can believe it’s more or less okay to put my trust in is him. He’s someone that can frankly give advice without holding back on the good or bad points. It might even be a good idea to seek his opinion if there’s something that I’m unsure about.
It’d be Kyosuke. Even if it were something that I truly wanted, if my little brother were to say that he’d want it, then…… as his older brother, I may end up thinking that I should take a step back. Plus, if Kyosuke were to assert that he wants something, then that would be a rare occurrence. Even if what he asks for is not a “thing”, I would want to grant his wish regardless.

Kujo Soma

I would most likely work myself up seeing as I would want to see your face full of enjoyment. I want to spend the best time together with you. I want to prepare a surprise and I would make for preliminary arrangements days beforehand. I hear that apparently…… “flash mobs” are all the rage nowadays. I’d arrange for a custom-made dress as well so how about going on something like a night cruise with me?
Someone that is important to me is someone that I wish to have beside me as soon as possible. I would gift a nearby house as a present. I want you to be someplace where I can come see you when I want to. Or I would arrange a room exclusively for you within the mansion. I welcome you anytime.
I’m thinking that I want to have you fuss over me for the whole day, but…… upon saying it, that would be me “wanting to be spoiled”. And that doesn’t seem like it can be done unless I obtain your permission. Well, how about it? Will you consider it?
Offering to consult with a third party is dangerous as it also ties into one’s shortcomings. It will be necessary to select a suitable person who is discreet. Meaning that it would be faster to consult with someone within the Kujo household…… so Kirishima. His gut feeling and forthright view will allow me to shake myself free from any fixated preconceptions.
It’d probably have to be Shindo. He truly is an upright person. And he’s also a decisive man when it comes to unwaveringly sticking through with his own sense of righteousness. In addition to that…… Hmph. How he looks when he fights with Kirishima is very much human. Whenever I see the various faces that he makes, I feel that he is a man with many fascinating aspects. That part is something that women are attracted to, is that not so?
