Title: Writing well wishes for the New Year

 

-Kujo Household: Living Room-

 

Shindo: Your job must be hectic for you to go out of your way and pay us your respects for the New Year.

 

Seki: No, not at all. It’s a given to do so for the people who you’ve been in the care of. 

 

Kaname: You’ve got the kanji wrong, Koya-kun.

 

Kirishima: Say what!? I wrote it while looking at the example so that’s impossible!

 

Kaname: You don’t need that dot in the top right…… 

Hey, don’t swing the brush around! You’re flicking the ink.

 

Seki: Are they…… writing New Year’s wishes back there?

 

Shindo: Yeah. Apparently, Kaname needs to submit them for his school.

 

Seki: I see. So it’s homework then. Is that why you’re all doing it too?

 

Shindo: For some reason, that’s how it turned out.

 

Kirishima: Oi, Shindo! You’re next!

 

Shindo: Excuse me? Why do I have to as well?

 

Kaname: Why not? It’s fun, so go on and give it a go, Kiyoshi-san.

 

Kirishima: The theme is something about this year’s “ambitions” or whatever.

 

Shindo: Ambitions? Good god……

Kirishima: Woah, awesome! You’ve actually got a knack for writing.

But…… what the hell does it say?

 

Seki: “This year’s ambitions”...... 

 

Kirishima: Wait, you can’t just leave it at that!

 

Shindo: You’re the one who told me to write “this year’s ambitions”.

 

Kirishima: That’s not what I meant!

Wait, woah! When did you get here!?

 

Seki: Haha. Happy New Year.

 

Kaname: Happy New Year. So you’re going around paying your respects, huh. 

 

Shindo: Perfect timing. You write something next. 

 

Seki: Huh? Me?

 

Shindo: Heck yeah, why not! You came all this way so let’s do it together!

 

Seki: That’s true. Well then…… 

 

While writing out his ambitions together with everyone in the Kujo Household……

The section chief vowed to himself to properly give it his all, this new year as well.
