Matori (Narcotics Control Department)
A group of selected individuals of only about 240 people nation wide. The especially accomplished ones gather in the Investigation & Planning Division. They’re a set of members with good looks, good brains, and good family backgrounds. They are secretly becoming the hot topic amongst the female employees.
Aoyama Itsuki
28 years old—the ace of the Investigation & Planning Division. He sees his work through to the end perfectly. His hobby of cooking is a secret.
Q: What sort of costume do you want your sweetheart to wear?
A: She looks good in whatever she wears so I’m always the one who’s troubled over that cuteness of hers. Isn’t a little devil’s outfit or something just right for someone like that? But if she wears that then she’d be even cuter still…… I can’t do it. I can’t decide.
Yui Kotaro
27 years old—a genius pharmacologist. He’s talented, but treated as a weirdo because of his over-the-top behavior.
Q: Tell us about a memorable Halloween that you’ve had so far.
A: Maybe it’s the one where we both cosplayed. She was truly adorable wearing that revealing outfit all the while feeling embarrassed. Right afterwards, her and I…… I’m more than itching to go on about our love life right now, but I’ll hold off on it this time.
Seki Daisuke
33 years old—the section chief of the Investigation & Planning Division. He’s soft-mannered and is the ideal superior whom everyone admires.
Q: How would you ask her out on a Halloween date?
A: I don’t think I’d be able to say a suave pick-up line, so would it be alright to invite her out with just a “How about a date”? Her and I are both busy day in and day out, so at the very least as her lover, I’d want her to properly enjoy the seasonal events.
Natsume Haru
26 years old—the heir to his family’s pharmaceutical company. His motto is to leave work on time.
Q: Tell us how you would spend Halloween with your sweetheart.
A: I wouldn’t do anything in particular. But that sounds boring too, so maybe I’ll go with the super classic “trick or treat” and give that a try. I’m looking forward to what sort of reaction you’ll give. For the record, I was pretending just now, so cheers.

29 years old—the returnee that possesses a prince-like aura. His true character is extremely sadistic.
Q: What sort of trick do you want to play on your sweetheart?
A: What an incredibly difficult question, as I haven’t really played many tricks on people before… Then, how about putting on a costume for example? I’ll become a vampire who’s enamored with your blood and I’ll come onto you a little meanly.

33 years old—a diplomat. He gives off a frivolous vibe and is like the mood-maker of the NCD.
Q: How would you respond to “trick or treat”?
A: Well now, that’s obvious. Naturally, I’d be waiting on a trick from you, dearest. If it’s from someone I love, then I’m no match for them regardless of what’s done to me. I’ll end up forgiving everything. It’s a shortcoming of being in love.

Those belonging to the CIU First Division who are referred to as elite even within the force. They stand against acts of atrocity on a daily basis, and pride themselves in their resilient bodies and tough mentality. Every single member carries with them an unpleasant past.
Asagiri Tsukasa
28 years old—hard on himself and others, he’s the ace of the First Division. His relationship with Aoyama is like that of a cat and dog.
Q: How would you ask her out on a Halloween date?
A: Just because it’s Halloween, that doesn’t make it special. A date with her is always at the highest level of special. But yes, hmm…… I did think that the idea of costumes were ridiculous, but if it’s with her, then it sounds like I’d be able to enjoy it. How about having a cosplay date?
Sugano Natsuki
26 years old—he’s constantly thinking positively. He looks up to the heroes of justice.
Q: What’s a costume that would make your eyes go wide if you were to get her to wear it?
A: So you’re coming on with that sorta question, huh. Then it has to be the one all men dream about, the nurse uniform! A short skirt like in cosplays is nice, but a realistic below-the-knee length one sounds good too. For that, I’d take her opinion into consideration!
Arakida Sosei
27 years old—the loner, hard-faced detective that prefers to keep his distance from others.
Q: Tell us about a memorable Halloween that you’ve had so far.
A: That one where she brought over a wolf cosplay outfit…… I had no choice but to put it on at the time. (Come to think of it, she also wore a matching cosplay. The skirt was incredibly short or so…… Hngh, don’t remember it!)
Hattori You
36 years old—the section chief of the First Division. He has a composed and super sadistic face all the while carrying a lax aura.
Q: What sort of costume do you want your sweetheart to wear?
A: Won’t one of an animal make do? Something like an obedient “Matori-chan, the faithful dog”. I’ll give you plenty of attention, and even reward you. Well, that’s only if you can keep up with my training though. If that’s what you’re into, then hit me up any time.

A group of Japan’s most prominent heirs. They each have a wide range of connections and detailed knowledge of various intel. Their base is a members only bar located at the top most floor of a luxury hotel. The members have known one another since their student days.
Hiyama Takaomi
29 years old—the highest authority within the Hiyama Group and the King of Real Estates. He has a serious personality but also an air-headed side to him.
Q: What sort of trick do you want to play on your sweetheart?
A: I’m not familiar with pranks, but how about gifting the missus a present that’s likely to surprise her?...... That doesn’t count as a trick? This is a tough one…… Well, as long as it makes her happy, then it matters to me not either way.
Otani Hatori
27 years old—the president of an IT company. He has a way with handling the ladies and is notorious within Revel for being a player.
Q: What’s a costume that would make your eyes go wide if you were to get her to wear it?
A: I’m sure that something like a bunny girl would be nice and get the blood going, but it’ll probably make her mad. Perhaps an angry cat with its fur standing on ends is more fitting? Whatever the case, I don’t think she’ll be able to escape from my trick.
Kagura Aki
26 years old—the charismatic designer. He has the sharpest tongue and is ruthless when it comes to fashion.
Q: How would you ask her out on a Halloween date?
A: I’m not some sort of idiot who would go getting excited over it. Well, if you come dressed up for the occasion then I wouldn’t mind at least taking you to a delicious dessert house…… Don’t get me wrong! This isn’t me asking you out on a date or anything!!
Maki Keita
26 years old—the second son of a major toy manufacturing company. He’s the one and only person with common sense amongst Revel.
Q: What sweets do you want to ready for Halloween?
A: How does a DIY kit for a gingerbread house sound? She seems like the type to have fun building that kind of thing. Plus…… I’d probably want to see her making all sorts of expressions doing it. Sorry, I’m not really giving a good answer, am I?

The older brother is a best-selling author and the younger brother is an incredibly popular actor. They’re siblings who both possess outstanding talent. They have a younger sister who was a victim of an incident involving drugs that occurred several decades ago. She remains bedridden for the most part.

28 years old—the god of deeply moving novels who’s worked on a number of publications. He has a stubborn and fussy personality.
Q: Tell us how you would spend Halloween with your sweetheart.
A: Hmph, that’s a night when all sorts of monsters roam about. If I’m spending it with you, then it’s appropriate that we hole ourselves up in a safe room, eating something sweet…… Of course, if you’re going to put on a costume, then I’ll have you let me take a good look of you in it.

25 years old—the popular actor who’s at the height of his influence. He has a friendly and gentle aura about him.
Q: Tell us about a memorable Halloween that you’ve had so far.
A: When I was little, my brother would give me a mountain of candy so I never had the chance to play a trick. That’s why I want to try playing a very special one on you…… Will you let me? As to what sort of trick it is, you’ll have to look forward till after it’s been done.

An organization with Kujo Soma at the lead. There are constantly ever-dark rumors about them, and whatever it is that they do is shrouded in mystery. Their base is Kujo’s enormous mansion. The members don’t fancy interacting with others, but their solidarity to each other is strong.

29 years old—Kujo’s attending doctor. He has a strong eye for money, and loves working out and cute things.
Q: How would you respond to “trick or treat”?
A: So by demanding candy as compensation, what you’re saying is that costume of yours has at least that much value to it…… Fine by me. In exchange, come here and let me check you out thoroughly. I can’t have you heading over to the estate tonight, now can I?
Yamazaki Kaname
18 years old—a mature high school student with a brilliant mind. He purposely avoids ranking first place in the mock exams.
Q: What sort of trick do you want to play on your sweetheart?
A: I’m not really fond of creating trouble for Onee-san though…… But since it’s Halloween and all, maybe I’ll try playing the part of an evil spirit or something? You won’t be able to fool me with candy or anything, so prepare yourself, okay?

27 years old—a bodyguard. He’s bad at using his head but his gut instincts are incredibly sharp.

A: What do you even do on a Halloween date? Beats the heck outta me. Is it like dressing up in a costume or something? Alright, now that’s outta the way, let’s put on a wicked costume and go wild! You’re not gonna go home feeling bored tonight, that’s for sure.

30 years old—he shoulders the responsibility of being the head of the Kujo Household and the Director for a major pharmaceutical company.
Q: What’s a costume that would make your eyes go wide if you were to get her to wear it?
A: Whether it be a lovely red-riding hood or a bewitching sorceress, so long as it’s you in the costume, then it would be undeniably charming. Ideally…… I would love to be the one who gets to dress you up. Will you allow me to join you in picking out an outfit?
Miyase Go
28 years old—the servant for the Kujo Household. He’s gentle and friendly but can sometimes be aloof.
Q: What sweets do you want to ready for Halloween?
A: Let’s see now. How about I give a go at making pumpkin macarons? Could I ask for your help in it?...... Oh, but if there’s no candy to hand out then I could also play a trick on you…… I’m quite on the fence here.

21 years old—he looks cute on the outside for an extreme realist. He also shows a side to him that’s manly.
Q: Tell us how you would spend Halloween with your sweetheart.
A: I would want to try putting on a costume. Going around eating Halloween limited sweets sounds good too. For a trick…… that’s still a secret ♪ If you were to show me your surprised face, then…… Yep, I’m mega sure it’d be super cute. Now I’m getting all hyped up~

20 years old—a student that frequents the lab. He has a negative mindset and is bad with communication. He loves animals.
Q: How would you ask her out on a Halloween date?
A: A d-d-date!? Um, is it okay for someone like me to ask her out…… If so, during the Halloween period… the aquarium and zoo run a s-special show…… Do you want to go together……?

18 years old—the genius high schooler that comes and goes to the lab. He’s the “sleeping prince” that can sleep anywhere.
Q: How would you respond to “trick or treat”?
A: I can pretty much deduce what sort of trick it is that you’ve got in store though. I want to compare answers, so…… go on. Let’s see it. Play a trick on me. If I guess it right, then as a reward, I want you to always be my lap pillow.
Saotome Ikuto
29 years old—Seo Research Lab’s assistant professor. He hates spoilt women and he stands out with his scathing manner of speaking.
Q: What sort of trick do you want to play on your sweetheart?
A: If you so much as try to get out of not having candy prepared for Halloween, then I’ll get you to run out to the shops and treat me to every single one they have. What? Am I worried about the tricks coming from the other guys?...... Tch, of course not. The only one who’d pick that bird-brain as a partner is someone kind-hearted like me!

33 years old—despite only being a university professor, he’s the expert authority on behavioral psychology. He’s indifferent to everything outside of his research.
Q: What sweets do you want to ready for Halloween?
A: I’ll have to prepare her favorite so that it’s different to the candy for everyone else in the lab. I’ll think about what ones she likes after looking through my notebook again…… I get the feeling it’ll turn out to be a fun Halloween from that alone.
